Who is responsible?

Bifro Tech Inc., Corporation No. 1800016-6, is a federally incorporated Canadian company responsible for personal information under its control. Our registered office is 34 Orwell Drive, Vaughan, Ontario L4H 4P7, Canada. Questions, access requests, corrections and privacy complaints can be sent to our Privacy Contact at info@bifro.ca.

What information may we collect?

  • Contact and business information you provide, such as your name, business email, phone number, company name and implementation details.
  • Purchase information needed to create checkout, confirm an order, issue an invoice and provide the purchased offer. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
  • Support communications you send during a Guide, Vault, Full-Service or Bifro Care relationship.
  • Technical request information ordinarily processed when a website is served, such as IP address, browser, device, requested page and timestamps.

What does the installed app send to Bifro?

The standard installed app is customer-owned. We do not store your clients, orders, packing slips or daily app settings in a Bifro application database. Those operating records remain in the Google Workspace and Google Sheet selected by the customer.

If you voluntarily send sample data, screenshots, exports or access details for implementation or support, we handle that material only for the requested work, subject to the agreed scope and this policy. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Why do we use information?

  • Provide the website, demo, checkout, purchased digital materials, implementation and support.
  • Confirm identity, business details, payments, tax information and service communications.
  • Protect the website, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve our documentation and standard service using aggregated or de-identified learning where practical.

Which service providers process information?

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing, tax and invoice information and acts as our record of which offer a checkout email purchased. Resend delivers receipts, purchase-access links and support messages. Google Workspace providers process documents when you choose to communicate or grant implementation access. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Purchase recovery does not require a Bifro password or social login. When an email address is submitted, the server checks Stripe for completed paid Checkout Sessions associated with that exact address. If qualifying purchases exist, Resend sends a private, time-limited link to that same address. The website returns the same on-screen response whether or not purchases exist to reduce buyer-email enumeration.

Some providers may process information outside Canada. Information in another jurisdiction may be available to courts, law enforcement or national-security authorities under that jurisdiction's laws.

Consent, disclosure and legal requirements

We collect, use and disclose personal information with meaningful consent where required, for stated and reasonable business purposes, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers, professional advisers, a successor in a business transaction, or authorities where lawfully required.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, support history, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information. No internet or storage system can be promised as completely secure.

Your access and correction choices

You may ask whether Bifro Tech Inc. holds personal information about you, request access, or challenge its accuracy and completeness. We may need to verify identity and may withhold information where permitted or required by law. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Children, changes and questions

The website and offers are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
