Stay with loose templates
Familiar and inexpensive, but difficult to standardize once more people and deliveries are involved.
- Addresses get retyped
- Orders and slips separate
- Revision history is unclear
A customer-owned packing slip system that gives your team clients, orders, partial deliveries, professional PDFs and history—inside your Google Workspace.
Bifro is built for small Canadian manufacturers and wholesale distributors creating 20–300 B2B packing slips or delivery notes each week with 2–15 office, warehouse or dispatch users.
You have outgrown copied templates. You have not outgrown Google Workspace.
Your current system is Google Sheets, Excel, Word or a basic subscription tool. It gets the paperwork out, but retyping, duplicate files and disconnected records are becoming harder to trust.
Your business serves repeat B2B customers and sends goods locally, regionally or across Canada.
There is enough volume for manual copying to create mistakes, but not enough complexity to justify enterprise software.
Customers reorder, partial deliveries happen, and purchase-order or invoice references need to stay connected.
Two to fifteen people across the office, warehouse or dispatch need one dependable workflow without a software department.
A deliberate boundary: You do not need a warehouse management system (WMS), barcode scanning, route planning, GPS tracking, driver dispatch, proof of delivery or inventory planning. If you do, Bifro is intentionally not the right product.
Bifro preserves what your team likes about Google Workspace while replacing the copying, retyping and scattered files that create mistakes.
Familiar and inexpensive, but difficult to standardize once more people and deliveries are involved.
Useful when you need warehouse planning, scanning or routing. Expensive and distracting when you do not.
A focused packing-slip workflow in the Google environment your people already understand.
The app keeps the pieces of everyday shipping paperwork together without pretending to be inventory planning, GPS routing or a full warehouse suite.
Save a client once, connect their order, record what actually shipped and produce the document that travels with the delivery.
No sign-in and no setup. Sample data resets when the page refreshes, so you can explore freely.
| Item | Ordered | Shipped | Remaining |

The source is public because ownership is the product—not a line buried in the terms. Your installed app and operational records remain in your Google Workspace.
Choose according to how much implementation effort you want to keep. No software feature is held hostage to force an upgrade.
For technical or determined teams prepared to assemble and support the system themselves.
For hands-on owners who want every deployment step explained in plain language.
Recommended for teams that want the prepared system and shortest self-serve route to launch.
For businesses that want the production system configured, migrated, tested and handed over.
Bifro Care is the recurring path for businesses that want us to manage version reviews, customer-authorized updates and team training after launch.
It is maintenance and enablement—not rent for your software.
Yes. The standard application is published under the MIT License. You may inspect, copy, use and modify the covered source. Paid offers charge for documentation, preparation, implementation and support—not permission to keep using the standard software.
Application records live in the Google Sheet owned by your business. Bifro does not operate a separate customer-record database for the installed product. Your organization remains responsible for Workspace access, retention and backups.
Vault removes file-by-file project assembly. You receive a copy-ready Sheet with the matched bound code plus the focused resources needed to authorize, deploy, configure, import and test it. You still perform those steps; Full-Service Go-Live is the route where Bifro performs the agreed standard implementation.
No. It covers the published standard implementation: workflow review, deployment, branding, a clean standard client import, user setup, testing, walkthrough and handoff. Custom integrations, bespoke workflows and extensive data cleanup require separate scoping.
The installed version continues to run. You stop receiving the recurring update and training services after the paid service period ends. Bifro Care never acts as a remote switch for customer-owned software.
No. Bifro does not provide inventory planning, barcode scanning, fleet routing, GPS tracking or proof-of-delivery capture. It is intentionally focused on client records, orders, packing slips, PDFs and document history.
Start with the open source or tell us how much of the implementation work you want removed.
