A real operational system. Not a mock spreadsheet and not another monthly database.
Built for the gap between templates and warehouse software.

The companies we built for

Small product businesses with real shipping volume—and no need for a warehouse suite.

Bifro is built for small Canadian manufacturers and wholesale distributors creating 20–300 B2B packing slips or delivery notes each week with 2–15 office, warehouse or dispatch users.

You have outgrown copied templates. You have not outgrown Google Workspace.

Your current system is Google Sheets, Excel, Word or a basic subscription tool. It gets the paperwork out, but retyping, duplicate files and disconnected records are becoming harder to trust.

01

You make or distribute physical products

Your business serves repeat B2B customers and sends goods locally, regionally or across Canada.

02

You create 20–300 slips each week

There is enough volume for manual copying to create mistakes, but not enough complexity to justify enterprise software.

03

Your paperwork carries real context

Customers reorder, partial deliveries happen, and purchase-order or invoice references need to stay connected.

04

Your team already works in Google

Two to fifteen people across the office, warehouse or dispatch need one dependable workflow without a software department.

A deliberate boundary: You do not need a warehouse management system (WMS), barcode scanning, route planning, GPS tracking, driver dispatch, proof of delivery or inventory planning. If you do, Bifro is intentionally not the right product.

The real alternatives

The spreadsheet is not the enemy. The fragile workflow is.

Bifro preserves what your team likes about Google Workspace while replacing the copying, retyping and scattered files that create mistakes.

01

Stay with loose templates

Familiar and inexpensive, but difficult to standardize once more people and deliveries are involved.

  • Addresses get retyped
  • Orders and slips separate
  • Revision history is unclear
02

Rent a larger platform

Useful when you need warehouse planning, scanning or routing. Expensive and distracting when you do not.

  • Per-user or recurring cost
  • Features your team may never use
  • Operational records depend on the vendor
03

Own the shipping desk

A focused packing-slip workflow in the Google environment your people already understand.

  • Clients, orders and slips connected
  • Professional PDF documents
  • Source code and records stay with you
One focused system

From order commitment to driver-ready PDF.

The app keeps the pieces of everyday shipping paperwork together without pretending to be inventory planning, GPS routing or a full warehouse suite.

Everything the shipping desk needs. Nothing it does not.

Save a client once, connect their order, record what actually shipped and produce the document that travels with the delivery.

Four ways to launch

Same system. Different amount of work.

Choose according to how much implementation effort you want to keep. No software feature is held hostage to force an upgrade.

Our recommendation: Vault is the practical default when you want a prepared system but do not need meetings or hands-on work from Bifro.
01

Open Source

Free

For technical or determined teams prepared to assemble and support the system themselves.

  • Complete MIT-licensed source code
  • Unlimited users and packing slips
  • Public release notes
  • No promised implementation support
Open GitHub
Your effort: assembly, deployment, configuration, import, testing and future updates.
02

Implementation Guide

$97 CAD · one time

For hands-on owners who want every deployment step explained in plain language.

  • The complete print-ready implementation book
  • Every click, permission and deployment choice
  • Backup, testing and troubleshooting instructions
  • No prepared Sheet, separate files or support
Your effort: follow the book and perform the complete implementation.
04

Full-Service Go-Live

$2,497 CAD · one time

For businesses that want the production system configured, migrated, tested and handed over.

  • Workflow review and implementation plan
  • Deployment, branding and standard client import
  • Users configured and real workflow tested
  • Administrator and team walkthrough
  • Written handoff and 60-day major-bug support
Your effort: provide clean inputs, approve access, attend the handoff and accept the system.

Optional recurring care

Keep the system current. Keep new people confident.

Bifro Care is the recurring path for businesses that want us to manage version reviews, customer-authorized updates and team training after launch.

It is maintenance and enablement—not rent for your software.

Bifro Care

Version reviewWe compare your installed version with supported releases and explain what matters.
Customer-authorized updatesBack up, review, install and smoke-test approved standard releases.
Team trainingScheduled refresher or new-staff training within the published plan allowance.
Continuity reviewPeriodic owner, admin, backup and operating-checklist review.
Cancel whenever it stops being useful. Your installed app keeps working, and your records remain in your Google Workspace.
Ask about founding-customer access
Is Bifro really open source?

Yes. The standard application is published under the MIT License. You may inspect, copy, use and modify the covered source. Paid offers charge for documentation, preparation, implementation and support—not permission to keep using the standard software.

Where is our shipping data stored?

Application records live in the Google Sheet owned by your business. Bifro does not operate a separate customer-record database for the installed product. Your organization remains responsible for Workspace access, retention and backups.

What does Vault remove?

Vault removes file-by-file project assembly. You receive a copy-ready Sheet with the matched bound code plus the focused resources needed to authorize, deploy, configure, import and test it. You still perform those steps; Full-Service Go-Live is the route where Bifro performs the agreed standard implementation.

Does Full-Service Go-Live include custom development?

No. It covers the published standard implementation: workflow review, deployment, branding, a clean standard client import, user setup, testing, walkthrough and handoff. Custom integrations, bespoke workflows and extensive data cleanup require separate scoping.

What happens when Bifro Care is cancelled?

The installed version continues to run. You stop receiving the recurring update and training services after the paid service period ends. Bifro Care never acts as a remote switch for customer-owned software.

Is this a warehouse-management system?

No. Bifro does not provide inventory planning, barcode scanning, fleet routing, GPS tracking or proof-of-delivery capture. It is intentionally focused on client records, orders, packing slips, PDFs and document history.

The shipping desk you own

Keep the familiar Sheet. Lose the fragile process.
